Precision laser cut from 3/8" thick Mild Steel, our header flanges are manufactured in the U.S.A. and are machine surface. These header flanges are designed for the VW/Audi 1.8l 16v cylinder head. This engine was found in 1997-2006 Passat, classified as the K04.
