Our oval to round transitions are made from an American made .065 304 stainless. The overall slip joint length is 8” with an end form height of 3 3/8” X 5 7/8" wide. They are a great solution for slipping through cross-members, frame rails, or connecting various oval components; without the need for bolts and gaskets.
These slip joints are manufactured with a bead rolled edge, and custom oval clamps with a locknut for easy installation and removal. They also feature a high-temp RTV** location in the seam for supreme sealing capabilities in even the most extreme environments. These are typically used in a butt weld application. Because it is manufactured to a ASTM 269 spec and is a genuine 304, it can be polished to a mirror finish and welds beautifully.
